In addition to our conversion and fabrication services, we provide products for thermal, acoustic and fire protection applications under our own U-Spec Insulation brand, which are UKCA marked where appropriate.

We operate from a factory of over 20,000 sq ft in St Helens with a workforce of experienced and well trained operatives, and where we have a wide range of machinery, including computer-controlled CNC machines, horizontal, vertical and angled saws, sanding machines, routers, and many pieces of equipment to our own design to help provide specialist insulation-based engineering solutions.

We have experience in providing for all market sectors – HVAC and Industry (power generation and manufacturing); Commercial and Domestic Construction (new-build and renovation); Insulated Packaging (temperature controlled freight forwarding) – and more.
